Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and university holidays).

Note: During high-volume periods like Homecoming, Commencement, or major site sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup

If you are on campus or in the Cache Valley area, you can skip the shipping fees! Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding university holidays).

Pickup Location: Utah State University Public Relations Building, Room 001 (basement), located across Champ Drive from Old Main.

How it works: Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. We’ll email you when your gear is ready. Please bring a photo ID. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping speeds through [USPS/UPS/FedEx] to ensure your Aggie gear reaches you as quickly as possible

  • Economy: Estimated 5–8 business days

  • Standard: Estimated 3–5 business days

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Aggie Threads ships to P.O. boxes and military addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO deliveries.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. International rates and customs/duties are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
